Combination therapy of INV043 and immune checkpoint inhibitors ("ICI") shown to be more effective compared to standalone ICI therapy, resulting in ~65% reduction of tumour size in mice. Despite widespread clinical use as a monotherapy, ICI's effectiveness is typically limited to a smaller proportion of the cancer patient population.
